10 Years of Trailblazing

Back before Trailhead, before the Lightning Experience, and before the vast world of business technology that exists today, a young software engineer from West Virginia led the digital transformation of a mid-market manufacturing organization using the Salesforce platform.

When many comparable business were still using green screens and on-premises systems, this Manufacturer began to operate using a digital system of record integrated with a digital system of customer engagement. Their data moved from spreadsheets to the cloud, their business processes operated more efficiently, and their profits climbed. At that time, the Manufacturing industry was primarily running on decades-old technology, and Salesforce offered a new approach: a flexible framework for building digital tools to overcome complex business challenges.

A digital revolution was underway, and Manufacturers needed a guide to help navigate the quickly evolving technological landscape. In 2013, Mountain Point was founded to lead these uncharted journeys, and the team has been Trailblazing ever since. Over a decade later, Mountain Point can proudly reflect on hundreds of successful ascents with a wide variety of manufacturers that touch nearly every aspect of the world we know.
